Okay guys, I need your sound advice. I don't want to go back! I have no desire to swap my hawk watching, lush Himalayan mountains, and Mahinder filled days for Provo. So educate me please. How do I get my classroom motivation back?
We've left behind some unfinished business in the states. We need to finish school and allow ourselves to grow and learn in the classroom. We can use our experiences here to put new perspectives on our classroom learning and our participation at the university. And when we graduate and complete our education, we will be ready to turn around and use our education to put new perspectives into our future travels. Plus, we need to graduate to get jobs and save money to fund more travels!!! So just have a positive attitude, ask yourself "what did I learn in the field to contribute to my classroom education?" and always look forward, not back. Remember the article "Remember Lot's Wife." Good luck!
I have no clue. I don't want to go back to school either. I would rather stay in the Himalayas with my Tibetan friends and family.
ReplyDeleteMaybe we'll just have to push ourselves to work hard so we can save up enough money to go back in the future. I think that might be my motivation.
Think about it this way:
